Meet Michelle

Michelle Schadel is a 2012 graduate of the New York Institute of Massage. She specializes in therapeutic massage with the intention of creating a positive impact on her clients health and wellness journey. Her hope is to help each client achieve their goal of pain management, flexibility and/or relaxation by using a variety of techniques such as trigger point therapy and deep tissue work. By customizing each massage to the specific needs her client, Michelle will provide the right exactly what is needed to make you feel whole again.
